J&T Imports ships Monday-Thursday, except on holidays or closures as noted on the calendar on our home page. We normally ship orders within one business day after receipt, as long as the product is in stock. We backorder non-stock items upon request, and will inform you when they are in and ready to be shipped.  If we are out of stock on a seasonal product, or it has been discontinued, we will ship the balance of your order and close it short.

J&T ships only to the continental United States. Your order will ship via UPS Ground and will arrive within 1-5 business days. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us by phone to arrange. You may use the UPS Tracking tool on this page to see the location and status of your shipment.
